A coach is typically an individual who is a trainer or a manager that directs, teaches and guides students in a particular interest or area of specialization. The term ‘coach’ brings to the mind someone who is quintessentially a sports instructor. However, the term coach’ is also referred for professors or instructors who teach at coaching classes.

This is mainly because there are many batches (though small in number) which run simultaneously one after the other and sometimes the instructor has to continuously deliver the lectures with the same quality of output. Thus, it is necessary for the coach to have high energy levels.
Coaching jobs are easily available on job portals and newspapers classifieds. Many graduate and post graduate students also take up jobs at coaching classes during summers. They are given jobs like managing the schedule of the various classes, conducting and supervising exams, managing student attendance sheets etc.
Those completing their post graduation especially skilled and talented and apt for becoming an instructor can also apply for a job. These classes take you as an intern and train you to become an excellent teacher for a caching class.
